• Damages

    • All products are individually inspected prior to leaving the Titan facility to be free of damages. Customer is responsible to inspect items within three (3) business days of accepting shipment. Please do not mount, test fit, or modify items in the event of any damages are found. Prior to accepting delivery from the shipping courier, be sure to inspect packaging to be sure that it is free of rips, tears, dents or any other visible damages. Titan is not responsible for any packages accepted by the freight carrier. Any damage shipment claims are the responsibility of the customer and courier.

  • Returns

    • In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with your products, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for original products. Products and packaging returned must be in its original, new and resalable condition. Items that have been mounted, modified, disassembled or customized are not accepted under any condition.

    • All orders returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee regardless of date or items purchased. Please contact a Titan Motorworks representative to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and form. In order to efficiently credit your account for returned merchandise, please understand we do not accept any returns without the RMA form.  Additionally, the RMA number must be clearly displayed on all packages.
